Camera-ready Submission Requirements:

The titles and authors of camera-ready papers must be identical to those submitted for peer-review. Revised paper titles and deletion/addition of author names must seek the Program Chairs’ consent with proper justification. Change to the order of author names is allowed. Failure to follow these requirements will result in the deletion of the paper from the conference publication without refunding.

Important: Each accepted paper must have at least one full registration. For authors with multiple papers accepted by the conference/workshops, a separate full registration is required for each paper. All authors of accepted papers must transfer copyright to IEEE by utilizing the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF)(see IEEE Copyright Policy.)

Formatting Instructions:

All camera-ready submissions should follow the IEEE 8.5 inch x 11 inch two-column format. The templates can be found here:
