As announced before, ICDCS 2021 will be held virtually (via Whova), and we plan to include synchronous and asynchronous modes of communication during the conference. To facilitate the poster/demo paper presentation and interactions, please follow the following instructions carefully.
1. Required Materials (due June 15)
Please upload the following materials to the Dropbox link (https://www.dropbox.com/request/W23gUL1hb14PgyIyHy85) by June 15, 2021 (US Eastern time):
Naming convention: video_[paper ID]_[yourlastname].mp4
Video specification: at most 1 minute; MP4 format; 1080p resolution; 16:9 aspect ratio.
Naming convention: poster_[paper ID]_[yourlastname].pdf

In addition, the presenter of each demo/poster please fill up the presenter sign-up form below, which also serves as a confirmation for the uploaded files above for our cross-checking.

2. Demo/Poster Presentations (at the virtual conference)
The demo/poster session is scheduled for 2 hours during the virtual conference, including the following three components:
The live sessions are similar to in-person demo/poster presentations, where you are the presenter (and host for Zoom) to introduce your work to the audience who may stop by (i.e., join the Zoom room) at any time. Depending on how many people are in the virtual room simultaneously, you can decide on how you organize the presentation and the communications. Also, you can choose the format of presentation, such as screen sharing the poster, slides, demos, or other materials, whichever you think would best present your work. Our recommendation is that, since the main feature of demo/poster is the interactions between the presenter and the audience, please organize your session as two-way communications/discussions by providing plenty of opportunities for the attendees to ask questions.
